Return Process

  Log into your Eio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
