What kind of warranty comes with my Eio electronics?
All Eio products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers hardware defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental damage at the time of purchase.
How long does shipping take for high-value electronics?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-value items, we provide complimentary insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your device arrives safely.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and cables included. A small restocking fee may apply to opened electronics.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our portable electronics are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' section on the specific product page before purchasing for international use.
Which payment methods does Eio accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger tech upgrades, we also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm at checkout.
